1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the individual player ("you", "Player", "User") and bg365 ("we", "us", "Platform", "bg365"). The Terms govern all use of the bg365 website at bg365.ws, including all games, betting services, promotions, payment services, and any other functionality offered therein.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on bg365. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bg365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. 4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on bg365 is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bg365, though individual payment service providers (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may impose their own daily transaction limits, which are outside bg365's control.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

bg365 processes the majority of withdrawal requests within 15 minutes of approval. Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification (see Clause 3.4) before the first withdrawal is released. 4.4 Deposit Holds and Refusals

bg365 reserves the right to hold, delay, or refuse any deposit or withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other prohibited conduct. In such circumstances, bg365 may also freeze the account pending investigation. Players affected by such action will be notified in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

4.5 Currency

All account balances, transactions, bonuses, and winnings on bg365 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). bg365 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion is applied to BDT transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bg365 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions (such as Eid specials, BPL promotions, and Pohela Boishakh offers). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer will specify its own individual wagering requirement (also called a "playthrough requirement"). This is the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the specific promotion's terms at the time of offer.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your account. Real-money funds are used first in all wagers unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

6 Gameplay & Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game error that results in an incorrect game outcome or an incorrectly displayed winning amount, bg365 reserves the right to void the affected rounds and return the staked amount to the Player's account. 6.4 Minimum and Maximum Wagers

Individual games and betting markets may carry their own minimum and maximum stake limits. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bg365 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and identity theft — registering with false identity details, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another individual.

8 Responsible Gaming

12 Account Termination & Suspension

bg365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Clause 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Account found to be operated by an individual under 21 years of age.
• Request by the Player to self-exclude under the Responsible Gaming programme.

Upon account closure for reasons attributable to a breach of these Terms by the Player, bg365 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining real-money balance in addition to any bonus balances. Where account closure is initiated by the Player in good standing (i.e., for personal reasons, not in breach of Terms), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's designated withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bg365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
